The Completely Lactose FREE Milk Alternative. (Not suitable for infants under 12 months of age).
 
Soyavite is a totally lactose FREE and Cholesterol FREE drink based on soya beans.
 
Soyavite will provide you with the milk alternative that suits the lactose free diet you want, while still being high in vitamins and minerals. Soyavite, the completely NON-dairy alternative, is available in a 1 kg bag.
 
Soyavite tastes better than most because:

  • We do not use irradiated beans.

INGREDIENTS

Dextrose, Maltodextrins, Soy Extract, Vegetable Oil, Food Acid (Sodium Citrate), Mineral Salts (450,341), Vegetable Gum (415), Vanilla.
 
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add half a metric cup (85 gms) to 300 mls water in a 1 litre jug.
2. Shake, whisk or blend
3. Top up to 1 litre with water and blend again.
4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours for a full flavoured mix.

 
TIPS & RECIPES

FRUITY SOY
2/3 cup Soyavite powder,
1 litre of water,
I heaped teaspoon of any of our Fruit Juice powders.
 
Method
Whisk Soyavite and water, add desired fruit juice powder. Chill. (The amount of fruit juice powder can be varied according to taste).
 

 
SOYAVITE ICE-CREAM
1/2 cup sugar or fructose
2 cups cold water
6 heaped teaspoons of Soyavite powder
1 cup boiling water
1 level dessertspoon gelatin
1 tablespoon of Chocolate Wheylite (or pure carob),
1 heaped teaspoon Xanthan gum powder (optional)


Method
Dissolve sugar and gelatin in boiling water. When completely dissolved, and this is most important, add flavouring, cold water and Soyavite powder. Stir altogether and when the Soyavite powder has mixed in with the liquid, beat thoroughly until mixture is light and frothy. Pour into containers and place int he freezer or cold part of refridgerator. When the mixture is set, but not too hard, put into a bowl and beat until light and fluffy (may need to add a little Soyavite liquid at this stage - up to 1/4 cup). Pour into containers and leave until set in freezer.
