Each pack is designed to make 2 loaves of bread.

 

This "Lite N' Free" Bread Mix has been tested by the Coeliacs Association of Queensland and found to be excellent. Lite N' Free is based on rice starch and the 800 gram bag will bake two 650 gram loaves. This unique bread mix is easy to make. It requires no Bread making Machine, no proving and a loaf can be glazed with honey or a beaten egg during the last 5 minutes of baking.
